Prospective students are invited to meet faculty and learn more about ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ's nationally ranked doctorate, master’s, and accelerated second-degree bachelor’s in nursing programs in a virtual setting.

On Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 9 a.m. ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ University’s Office of Graduate and Part-Time Admission will host a virtual information session for individuals interested in pursuing a doctorate, master’s degree, or accelerated second degree bachelor’s in nursing. The online event will be conducted via Zoom and will address the many facets of the Marion Peckham Egan School of Nursing and Health Studies' highly ranked and nationally accredited programs.

Prospective students attending the online session will have the opportunity to virtually experience ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ Egan’s state-of-the-art simulation labs and have their enrollment questions answered by a team of program directors and representatives from Admission. Breakout information sessions will also be available for a wide range of ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ Egan programs, including DNP programs in Nurse Anesthesia and Nurse Midwifery, MSN programs in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Nursing Leadership, and the University’s 15-month Accelerated Second Degree Bachelor’s in Nursing program.

Students who are interested in pursuing a nursing career but do not want to earn another bachelor’s degree can also learn about ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ Egan’s new Accelerated Master’s Entry to Practice Nursing program. The first of its kind in Connecticut, this program provides a unique opportunity for those with a non-nursing bachelor’s degree to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing in an accelerated format.

Registration for the virtual information session is required in advance and available online at www.fairfield.edu/info.
