Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.)
The Department of Public Safety offers Rape Aggression Defense Training (R.A.D.), a nationally recognized self defense program for women. The R.A.D. system teaches easy, effective, and proven self defense tactics and is designed to provide women with the knowledge to make an educated decision about resistance.
Each course consists of four 4 hour classes in which participants are provided with manuals, equipment and supplies. This course is taught by ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ University Public Safety officers who are nationally certified R.A.D. Instructors.
Cost: No charge - donations welcome.
