Director lectures on Modern Art at the Thomas J. Walsh Art Gallery at ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ University

Diana Mille, Ph.D., director of the Thomas J. Walsh Art Gallery at ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ University, will present the first of four Director's Choice lectures in Modern and Contemporary Art on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at 12:30 p.m. The hour-long talk will take place in the gallery, which is located in the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts. It is open to the public.

Lecture-goers can also view the gallery's current exhibition, the National Sculpture Society's 2006 Annual Awards Exhibition, which includes about 50 works from artists working in a variety of media across the country. It will be on view until Sunday, Dec. 10.
