Open tryouts are being held for Lucas the Stag, ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ's beloved mascot and #1 fan, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, in the Leo D. Mahoney Arena.

Lucas makes appearances at public and private events, depending on his availability; travel is limited to Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. A University representative must accompany Lucas to all events, and only individuals selected by the University are permitted to portray Lucas.
Requests for Lucas appearances must be made at least three weeks prior to the requested date of the event.
