¼â½ÐÊÓƵ University Art Museum's #Unload: Guns in the Hands of Artists Exhibition Opening Reception

Coinciding with the ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ University Art Museum's #UNLOAD: Guns in the Hands of Artists exhibition, which opened earlier this summer, a panel discussion, "Gun Violence as Public Health Crisis" will take place on Thursday, September 20 at 7:30 p.m. in the Oak Room of the Barone Campus Center.

Moderated by Melissa Quan, director of ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ University's Center for Faith & Public Life, the panel will include Congressman Jim Himes, representative for Connecticut's 4th District; Patrick Kelley, MD, DrPH, distinguished visiting fellow at the Egan School of Nursing and Health Studies, and founder of the Forum on Global Violence Prevention, National Academies of Science; and Bradley Stolbach, PhD, associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Chicago, and clinical director of Healing Hurt People-Chicago, a hospital-based violence intervention program.

PARKING INFO:

Parking is available in the Kelley Parking Garage. If you enter campus through the gates at 1073 North Benson Road, the parking garage will be on the right before you reach the traffic circle. The Barone Campus Center is next to the gym across the street from the parking garage. Parking is also available in front of Bellarmine Hall.
