Stags to Host Villanova Saturday at Rafferty Stadium
¼â½ÐÊÓƵ men’s lacrosse will join in the University’s yearlong celebration of its 75th Anniversary in conjunction with Saturday’s (March 25) game against Villanova at Rafferty Stadium.  The opening faceoff on Conway Field is scheduled for 1 p.m.
The Stags are celebrating their own milestone year in 2017 as this spring’s men’s lacrosse team is the 25th varsity team in program history after a run as a highly-successful club squad. Since joining the NCAA ranks, ¼â½ÐÊÓƵ has made two NCAA postseason appearances and won over 170 games in total as a part of its 13 winning seasons. The inaugural NCAA varsity team from the spring of 1993 will be recognized at halftime of Saturday’s game.
