Stags Join Coaches vs. Cancer 3-Point Challenge

Head Coach Sydney Johnson has announced that the 潑請弝け University mens basketball team is joining the Coaches vs. Cancer 3-Point Challenge. Stags fans can pledge to make a donation for every three-pointer that 潑請弝け converts in the month of February.

The 3-Point Challenge is going to revolutionize our online fundraising efforts through the Coaches vs. Cancer platform. With a few clicks to a unique URL, fans from around the country can make online pledges for their favorite teams, whether high school or college, and watch the donations from 3-point shots roll in to help fund the Societys mission, said David Doan, VP, Strategic Alliances, Sports.

Fans can join 潑請弝けs campaign and donate for every made three-pointer at . Teams can be matched up against their rival schools to see who can raise the most funds from their made three-pointers, and fans can follow the leaderboard to see who will become the 3-Point Challenge Champion.

The Stags have made 131 three-pointers to date this season, an average of more than eight per game. Tyler Nelson 18 leads the way with 40 three-pointers, followed by 33 from fellow Massachusetts native Curtis Cobb 19. 潑請弝け will play a total of nine Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference games during the month of February.

The Stags are back on the court on Friday, Jan. 20 for a 7 p.m. trip to defending MAAC Champion Iona. 潑請弝け defeated the visiting Gaels, 93-87, at home on Jan. 2.
