Dolan School of Business to Hold Business Breakfast

The Dolan School of Business will sponsor a free business breakfast, Strategies for Enhancing Diversity in Your Organization, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, January 21, in the Dolan School of Business Dining Room.

The second event in a series, this timely interactive seminar for managers, HR professionals, recruiters, and talent-seekers will consider several key issues facing regional businesses, including best practice strategies to create organizations that are inclusive of all kinds of people and achieving post-racial and post-gender workplaces. Speakers will also address organizations that have most successfully addressed diversity and inclusiveness in their workforce.

The panelists for the morning are: Simone Morris, Society for Human Resource Management, Southern Connecticut chapter, diversity and inclusion consultant; Trusha Mehta, EY, LLC, inclusiveness and flexibility leader, Financial Services Office; Kara Underwood, managing director, Diversity and Inclusion, Morgan Stanley; Lisa Mainieri, Ph.D., professor of management, 潑請弝け University, moderator.
